Growth means more jobs and new positions and Klara is taking on a new position. “What a relief” says Don Cormier. The CEO commented he was getting a little overwhelmed. He communicated that as this company has grown more and more he was concerned that the right staff needed to be in the right position.

Management communicated that Klara has over 30 years in bookkeeping and billing experience that is second to none in our staff. It only makes good sense that we increase our effectiveness by adding more experience moving forward.

Don Cormier also mentioned that they will need to add more staff as the year moves forward due to the unexpected growth being experienced as a result of their new agreement with multiple industry leaders. Staff have communicated that new position will need to be created to accommodate the CMSIntelligence project.

They are expecting to build over 120 new sites, applications and plugins directly associated with the CMSIntelligence project over the next year. “With this kind of growth it will be impossible to maintain the well rested staff unless we create new jobs.” says Don. So new positions are necessary for the future of Doncor.com.

All that said, if you're hunting and have what it takes, you might consider getting your resume in before the positions become available. Having a foot in the door can only help make you first in line, but if you have what it takes your odds are far better.
